Really great experience!
cozy sitting area comfortable chair modern bathroom historical building
My room had great features. The room included a cozy sitting area with comfortable chairs. the bathroom was modern and had a very nice shower. I really liked the historical building it was a great thing to see from the outside.
The restaurant got crowded sometimes. It was hard to find a seat during peak hours for a quick drink.

The staff always had a smile. Check in went smooth and fast. The concierge assisted me with directions and suggested nice local attractions that i visited.

I found the place in a prime spot. I accessed local markets and stores around. The hotel has many shops and restaurants around. Public transportation was near and easy to use.

central location convenient access
The location was central. This made accessing attractions quite simple. I found an underground car park close by. It provided very convenient access 24/7.
The lack of a minibar in the room was a small inconvenience. I missed having the option to store a few drinks.

convenient location good restaurant unique decor weak ac noisy street no refrigerator
the location was great and convenient. the restaurant was very good and i enjoyed the atmosphere. the historic hotel has unique decor, i liked it!
the advertised ac did not cool the room, it was quite warm. i had one very small window facing the street. it was active until 2 am so it was very noisy. there was no refrigerator in the room.

mixed feelings about the stay
minibar absence temperature control
The location was certainly central, but the 'beautiful' room felt quite ordinary. i found the absence of a minibar disappointing. It's a convenience i appreciate. also, the thermostat was to be centrally controlled, and it proved difficult to adjust the room temperature to my liking. it seems such a simple thing to get right, yet it detracted from the overall experience..

a lovely embrace in the heart
central location renovated room regional cuisine friendly staff
The hotel's location was wonderful, right in the center and near maria-theresen strasse. it is an historic building where the rooms have been renovated. The shower was one of the best. the downstairs restaurant had excellent regional cuisine. The vanilla ice cream dessert had a pumpkin seed crush and oil, delicious. i enjoyed the friendly staff as well. They were helpful with restaurant recommendations.
The ac did not cool the room. The weather was warm.

This hotel offered an ideal position in the altstadt, near the main pedestrian street. It allowed easy access to key attractions and restaurants. walking to various sites was simple. The surrounding area provided a charming, historic experience, though the parking was expensive.

The restaurant and bar downstairs were a busy place, serving excellent regional cuisine and creative cocktails. breakfast service offered a wide range of options happily served by the staff. The dining room was comfortable. the outdoor space was perfect to watch the world go by.

the room had been renovated for modern comfort and included a great shower. it was very quiet, located on the end of a hall! a clean room is important, and this exceeded my expectations. i felt at peace in the room, though the corridor was more interesting than the bedroom.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave good restaurant recommendations. it is family run. Their dedication to good service and care shone through. the staff offered attentive and personalized attention, though at times they seemed indifferent.

the hotel provided convenient underground parking just a couple of minutes away and available 24/7. there are no common areas, it seems, but the rooms are well kept and comfortable. despite its historic character, this hotel provides contemporary amenities. a cozy environment makes any stay better.

a romantic getaway amidst history
friendly staff delicious meals comfortable bed historic charm
The staff was always eager to assist and provided really good service. i found the restaurant offered delicious meals at reasonable prices. i slept soundly on the comfortable bed within my quiet room. the building's historic charm coupled with its central location enhanced my experience. It was all lovely!
the absence of a mini-fridge in my room was a slight inconvenience, especially when i wanted to keep some beverages cold.

My beautiful room featured a large walk-in shower and no carpet. the room offered a view of the mountains from one of the windows. i could open windows and enjoy the fresh air. It was refreshing.
